What is your shipping policy?

Order Processing: Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to confirm that your order is on the way!
Carrier Rate Shipping: Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs depend on the carrier's pricing options. We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

What is your return policy?

We have an unlimited return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you are required to pay the postage. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Are there any non-returnable items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How do exchanges work?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
